Jessica Simpson has long been known for her blonde hair. Now, though, she has cropped her golden locks short into a classic bob cut. Following the footsteps of many other Hollywood Ladies, Simpson decided to ditch her long hair, and her famed extensions, for a chic, mature cut. The new ‘do frames her face and shows off her naturally beautiful features.
However, the star still uses her trademark extensions to go long for certain occasions. These allow her a measure of versatility from one appearance to the next. At times, the star opts for sexy curls and waves, and, at other events, she is seen with hair that is long and sleek. As for Simpson’s hair color, the star has virtually always been a blonde, although on rare occasions she has sported some brunette locks.
The star changes her golden shade almost constantly, though, by using different tones of highlights to modify her look. Most recently, she made the transition to a darker honey hue from her almost platinum summer shade. No matter what she does, though, Simpson always seems to show off gorgeous hair.
